Social Prescribing Project / HSE

Annmarie Fryers is the recently appointed link person or social prescribing officer on our new social prescribing project. Commonly known as the Green Prescription for health and wellbeing it can link you into supports within your local community. The current Covid-19 pandemic has taken its toll on us all and can feel lonely, isolated and anxious as we cope with our day-to-day lives. Bloom Garden Festival Trip

Clones Men’s Shed  and Clones Family Resource Centre invite you to treat yourself to a day out in the exciting Bloom Festival, Dublin on Friday 1st of June 2018

Bus will leave from Clones (bus Stop Jubilee Road) at 8am sharp.
